One of our keys to success is to maintain the highest quality soap standards in the industry. And another is to maintain our position as the leading #1 direct to consumer sulfur soap brand in the world today. Most important, is to understand our customers' needs and address them with product solutions and the best soaps that can be found anywhere in the world.
It's true. Our people at SulfurSoap.com are our number one asset. Hands down, there's no question about it. We at SulfurSoap.com love our customers, and care so very much. Since most of our business is consumer direct, our mission is to understand our customers' needs and provide complete satisfaction to the very best of our ability. This is our focus - whether answering emails, helping customers on the phones with orders or shipping questions, or listening to what the next big soap improvement our customers' are asking for! We care, - it's our business, and our passion.
We became early leaders in efficiency and innovation. Soon, we introduced our proprietary advanced SAL3 (tm) sulfur and salicylic acid soap to consumers in North America, and then the rest of the world. Today, the SAL3 trademark brand is recommended to patients by many dermatologists throughout the USA. It's qualities and efficacies are second to none.
There's a lot to making an advanced soap. The high purity ingredients, processes, sampling, testing, and internal standards make up just some of the criticial elements to our soap.
Chemistry, pH balancing, reactants, temperature calculations and control, and other high standard input and outputs. Testing and quality control are essential throughout the entire operation.
Really, it's our people and the many helpful consultants and professionals who have helped us through the years develop among the very best sulfur soaps on the market today. Tried our soap recently? Please let us know how you like them. Got some special ideas we can help with? We'd love to hear from you .
We wish to thank all our loyal customers in the USA, Canada, Europe, and throughout the world.
Very truly yours,
Pat Davidson

ReplyDeleteThe first time I bought Sal 3 to replace sastid it was a nice yellow soap. I then bought some more and the soaps are not as yellow then the first time. Did Sal 3 has changed the formulation now? Thanks for your answer.
